Hey guys! Today I’ll be comparing the three Covergirl truNaked palettes, I've already reviewed each of these individually feel free to check those out below this post. I hope you enjoy!
From left to right:
Champagne, Champagne, Almond, Shell, Mauvergine, Sable, Sierra, Fawn, Cookie
The only direct repeat shade between these three palettes is the shade called champagne. It’s the second shade in the Roses palette and the third in the Nudes palette.
Other than that there are a few close shades as shown above. The shade almond in the Roses palette is very close to the shade shell in the Nudes palette, though almond is a tad more pink than shell.
The shades mauvergine from the Roses palette and the shade sierra from the Goldens palette are very similar as well, mauvergine is perhaps a bit more shimmery, but other than that they are nearly identical. In the picture above I also included the darkest shade from the Nudes palette, sable, so that you could see how much darker it is than the other two.
Fawn from the Nudes palette and cookie from the Goldens palette are also very similar. It is very hard to spot a difference between these two shades, but I think fawn is just a smidge more red toned, but seriously they look the same on the eyes.

Left to right: Camel, Ecru
The last similar duo that I found between these palettes was the shades camel and ecru both from the Goldens palette. I think that these shades look practically the same on the eyes even though they are slightly different colors in the swatch. Camel has more shimmer in it and is more brown and gold based than ecru, however, I think that these shades are close enough that they shouldn’t have been put into the same palette. I’m totally fine with having two greenish browns in a palette, but they perhaps should have lightened camel even more.
Overall pros and cons of these eyeshadows as a whole:
Pros:
Shades are blendable.
Can be worn wet and dry. If you’re wearing a lid color dry I would suggest putting a glitter glue under it to give it more longevity.
Nice color selection.
Cons:
MUST use an eyelid primer for these to stay well, if you don't they will overblend on the eyelid and crease (or just disappear if they are a light enough color)
Even with a primer the shades can get a little over blended on the eyelid, particularly if you have hooded eyes.
My picks:
I really like all of these palettes and I think that most of the shades are extremely good. If you want more in depth reviews on a specific palette and each shade in that palette please read my previous posts on them.
Have you tried any of these palettes? What did you like? Do you have a favorite shade?

My picks:
- The Roses palette is my favorite palette. I like all of the shades in this palette, though I don't use the darker three nearly as much as the other ones. I particularly love baby and copper rose in my crease, I think they make beautiful crease and transition shades for my everyday eye looks.
- The Nudes palette is my second favorite palette. I like that it has four matte shades ranging from a tan to an almost black. I also think that the champagne shade looks particularly good with the browns in this palette and the shade called mink is the most beautiful taupe color, I wear it ALL the time. It’s probably my favorite shade in all three palettes.
- The Goldens palette gets third place because it’s more warm toned which I’m not really into at the moment and it has a few dud shades. Chiffon is a really terrible shade, the texture is extremely chunky and it is very sheer. The shade creme is also quite sheer and I find it hard to build up. This palette also has two colors that are practically the same, camel and ecru. The Goldens palette does, however, have two really nice fairly matte crease shades, cookie and sierra. I also really love the shade ginger which is insanely shimmery and beautiful warm brown lid shade. Sunkissed and camel are beautiful lid shades as well.
