Hey guys! I hope you’re all doing really well! Today I have a review of the Wet N Wild Megaslicks Balm Stains. These lip crayons have a sheer formula and some of them stain the lips. I have 6 different shades and overall I really enjoy them. They cost $3 and you get 0.1 ounces of product.
Left to right:
128 Pinky Promise: This is a very light pink shade that has some glitter in it. Unfortunately this lip color doesn’t stain my lips at all, but it is an extremely light shade, so I wasn’t really expecting it to leave a stain. It does, however, leave shimmer on my lips after the actual color wears off.
159A Coral of the Story: This is a beautiful bright coral that leaves a bit of a stain.
126 Rico Mauve: This is a your-lips-but-better shade, and is similar to the next color, made you pink, but a bit warmer and less pink.
161A Made You Pink: This is a midtone cool pink that is a your-lips-but-pinker kind of stain.
162A Truffle in Paradise: This is a red-toned brown and, unfortunately, this lip color doesn’t stain my lips at all.
124 Lady and the Vamp: This is a beautiful vampy purple shade that stains the best out of the 6 Balm Stains I’ve tried.
I find all of these lip sticks to be glossy and fairly hydrating, they are all a bit sheer and look fairly natural on the lips. They last around 3-5 hours on me and do come off when I eat or drink. I find that they are very easy to apply and comfortable to wear. I wear these all the time and really enjoy that they don’t dry out my lips.
Have you tried the Wet N Wild balm stains? What do you think of them? What's you favorite color?
